For some reason, the new fad is making your game look like it's being shot through a bad camera lens. What games do you know that have it? I want to make a comprehensive list. Alien: Isolation Bloodborne Dying Light Hellblade Lords of the Fallen The Witcher 3 Little Nightmares Observer Batman: Arkham Knight Resident Evil 7 Soma (At least here it kind of makes sense.) Payday 2 Life Is Strange The Order 1886 Destiny Doom Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 Dead Island: Definitive Edition Immortal Redneck ZOMBI The worst thing is that increasingly developers are not giving users the option to turn it off. It can work for games with horror elements like Bloodborne as it can amplify feelings of dread or unease, but aside from that I don't really see the use for it either. It's a kind of cruel irony that, as screens have moved away from CRT displays or yore and are capable of displaying ever crisper resolutions, the games industry has been hell-bent on squandering it for the past decade and a half with all manner of eyestrain-inducing fads (excessive bloom, color desaturation, low contrast, lens flares, film grain, etc.).
Well, your request is unreasonable. You're asking me to download and reinstall a bunch of games, even though it takes seconds to look up what it is and even though it is easily perceivable from the screenshot I provided. You should be able to see it even a few feet away from your TV. I really wasn't asking to take the screenshots yourself.

Just if you could find screenshots on the Internet of comparable games without chromatic aberration (who came up with that name anyways? I checked it up and I still can't believe it's real). 
It's just that when I play action games, I usually lose track of this kind of details at the middle of the action and don't notice them at mid-play (unless it's as distracting as with screen tearing or maybe motion blur). Well, your request is unreasonable.
